By using the TISHARA website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated.
- An order is confirmed once payment succeeds (online) or the order is accepted (Cash on Delivery).
- We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred; any payment made will be refunded in full.
Payment
You can pay online (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets via Razorpay) or choose Cash on Delivery where offered. Cash on Delivery may be limited to orders under a maximum value.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. A verified email address is required to place orders.
Products
Our pieces are handcrafted, so slight variations in colour and detail may occur. Screen colours can differ from the real product.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TISHARA's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad having jurisdiction.
