• Order details: delivery name, phone number, address, and the items you buy.
• Technical data such as browser type, used to keep the site secure and working.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure window and are never seen or stored by TISHARA. We only receive a payment confirmation and a transaction reference.

How we use your information

• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To send order updates and account emails (such as email verification and password reset).
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.

Sharing

We share information only with the services needed to run your order: Razorpay (payments), Google Firebase (account sign-in and order records), and delivery partners (name, phone and address). We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to tishuthegreat@gmail.com. We may need to keep order records for tax and legal reasons.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. No online service is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
